Decade of Dry Bore Dinner

1999 -2008 Vertical Tasting followed by Wine Matched Dinner

Glen Eldon is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its first vintage in 1999 of the Dry Bore Shiraz. We have arranged a number of special events throughout Australia to recognise this milestone in the history of Glen Eldon. We have organised, around the country, vertical tastings of all 'Dry Bore' Shiraz vintages from 1999 thru to the much anticipated barrel tasting of 2008.

Following the vertical tasting, conducted by Winemaker
Richard Sheedy, will be a sit down dinner with a menu matched to the rest of the range of wines; including the newly released ‘Black Springs’ Reserve Shiraz 2004.
