Budburst!

Bud burst is underway…

With moderate winter rains the dams are over three quaters full and the cover crops are growing higher by the minute! It won't be long before we are dusting off the yabby nets and enjoying a feed of fresh yabbies nad a glass of the newly released 2011 Eden Valley Riesling!
With the vines returning from thier winter dormancy, the buds are swelling and will burst with the sunshine over the next few weeks, we will undertake the second racking of the 2011 wines and start the preparations for vintage 2012!
Looking forward to it already…
